Personalised content
Creation of user-specific profiles based on purchase (online/offline), click and surfing behaviour. On this basis, individual product and content recommendations are made across channels (website, webshop, app, newsletter...)
Native integration of signage system into cloud software
Native and complete integration of the signage system into the cloud software.
Overwintering
Wintering of potted plants easily bookable via app. Photographic recording of plants and documentation of possible damage to containers and plants. Labelling by code generated via the app incl. automatic order confirmation by e-mail.
Connection to PSP Buckaroo
Holistic connection of payment processing via Buckaroo for accepting payments, sending payouts and online management of business processes.
Connection to PSP Mollie
Holistic connection of payment processing via Mollie for accepting payments, sending payouts and online management of business processes.
Connection to PSP Multisafepay
Holistic connection of payment processing via Multisafepay for accepting payments, sending payouts and online management of business processes.
Gift Card 2.0
Simply send gift cards to a recipient by e-mail at a specific time and on a specific day. If this recipient is registered in the customer loyalty system, the gift card is automatically displayed in the profile.
Social Media Management 2.0
So far, only post creation in the cloud software, in the future a complete planning function incl. management of comments and messages directly in the cloud software.
Connection to PSP SagePay
Holistic connection of payment processing via SagePay for accepting payments, sending payouts and online management of business processes.
Customer service
As a webshop owner, customer enquiries come directly through the customer service module into the backend and are simultaneously enriched with important information (e.g. open orders etc.). In addition, automatic response functions and ready-made text modules are available.

Single sign-on for external platforms
Simply log in to the app or the webshop via platforms such as Amazon, Google, Facebook and Co.
Newsletter 2.0
Newsletters are no longer sent via third-party providers, but directly from the cloud software. All statistics and information about the newsletter can be viewed and evaluated there.
Local SEO
Measures to optimise local visibility for websites and webshops based on keywords and location analyses.

Central gift card management
Management of gift cards (online/offline) via several independent locations or separate companies. Example: Gift cards can be purchased online at Garden Centre A and redeemed at the cash register at Garden Centre B.
New development backend
Optical relaunch of the entire administration area of the green solutions cloud software.
Optimisation statistics & dashboard
New development of statistics and analyses in the administration area. Numerous new evaluation options are made available.
New drag & drop editor
New development of the drag & drop editor for creating newsletters and content pages.
Digital customer loyalty
Holistic industry solution for digital customer loyalty with connection to industry-standard ERP/warehouse management system.
Revision of plant texts for web + signage
Modernised and optimised version of the standard text style for plants, taking into account customer feedback.
Extension of customer loyalty web
Expansion of new functions of the digital customer card, coupons, competitions, rewards and co. can be redeemed in the future not only in the app, but also in the web and webshop.
Optimisation of the green solutions database connection
Optimised for faster search results, the Green Solutions database is docked directly to Business Central and the memory storage has also been optimised and modernised.

Integrated connection of the green solutions cloud software to GreenSy incl. article ordering, gift cards and customer loyalty.

Integrated connection of the Etsy sales platform to the green solutions cloud software to sell products on the platform.

Holistic connection of payment processing via Stripe for accepting payments, sending payouts and online management of business processes.
Optimisation SEO
Perform SEO analyses directly in the cloud software and take the necessary measures to optimise your own SEO. Information about indexed and non-indexed products, reports, pages, videos and much more.
Integration Store in cloud software
In the future, modules can also be licensed and requested simply via a store. Overview of all bookable modules incl. direct request function from the sales team.
