FAQ ́s on the application process and working at Green Solutions
What documents should I include with my application?
To ensure that your application reaches us in full and convinces us, it is essential that you have the following with you: an informative cover letter in which you tell us why you are perfect for the job. A complete CV so that we can get a picture of your career to date. Your certificates (academic/professional), so that we know what you have done so far and how you scored. And, of course, any certificates or recommendations about outstanding achievements that make you even more important and interesting to us. Your earliest start date will then show us when we can expect you.
What is the application procedure?
We don't want a hasty decision for or against someone. That's why we want to get to know you in an initial online conversation so that we can get to know each other. If you have already convinced us, we will be happy to invite you to an in-person meeting and, if it suits you, we would also like to see your skills and abilities in a trial shift. Once you have done this and we welcome you to our team, you will first get to know the them and gain an insight into our procedures and processes. In the meantime, an onboarding process will take place, through which you will be fully integrated into the company.
Where is the office?
Our head office is in beautiful Bad Zwischenahn in the Ammerland. Why? Because we are right in the middle of the action here in the district of the tree nurseries. Bad Zwischenahn is too far for you? No problem, we also have other locations in Oldenburg and Leer. Here you can work at least conveniently in the office, but most of the action takes place at our headquarters in Bad Zwischenahn.
Is it possible to work in the home office?
It's not easy to reconcile your job and your free time. Therefore, with us you get the opportunity to work from home. In return, we provide you with a fully equipped workplace in your own office, so that you can work just as effectively and quickly at home as in the office. Carrying a PC back and forth is a thing of the past, you get your own workstation with everything your office PC has to offer.
Can I also submit an unsolicited application?
