Oliver Fink and his GartenBaumschule Becker were among the first customers to select the Green Solutions webshop solution in 2016. With the webshop, important strategic goals, such as strengthening the regional reach, were successfully achieved.
From attracting traffic at your in-store shop to delivering your own products
Through regional delivery methods, such as click-and-collect, the webshop was seamlessly integrated into already existing processes. This meant that no major investments were necessary, and the biggest advantage is that collecting the goods after ordering online also increases the frequency of visits to the garden center.
In addition to click-and-collect, direct shipping and the number of products available for shipping have steadily expanded. This is how GartenBaumschule Becker has grown from a small product range to a webshop with over 2,000 products.
Professional product pages as a guarantee for success
An important success factor here is that Green Solutions' professional product pages. The appealing product photos, descriptions, tips & tricks, videos, and reports make the customer's purchase decision easier in the long term. This product's data comes from the Green Solutions database. However, special product ranges or products were individualised by GartenBaumschule Becker with their own photos and texts.
This is complemented by automatic reports and videos that provide useful tips about the products. Added benefit: The customers come to the garden centre already informed on the specific product they want to buy.
Direct connection to ERP/EPOS
The direct connection between our webshop and the POS system ensures a seamless integration of the webshop processes into the existing business processes. Automatic updates of prices and stocks take a lot of work off the team when maintaining the product range and minimise the potential for errors.
